new here and hoping someone can help me with a q question i have. i am x and recently hit my sexual prime and love it. i really would like to be bare but don't want to go somewhere to get waxed because i am shy. i have never been waxed. is it a bad idea to do this at home with dh's help? any suggestions? tia

if you're going to wax,have a pro do it why not just have hubby shave you? use a new razor, go with the direction of the hair, and use a product like coochie cream to prevent bumps (they stop after a while)

i hate they feeling of shaved. and it's awfully itchy after i do. i don't mind the pain...is it really that bad? a pro really better? crap.

I don't shave either. I get ingrowns and the wax lasts soooo much longer.

Pro is much better Ther remove more hair and break less. Likely if you do it yourself, at least the first few times, you will need to shave after to be smoothe because of all the hairs that break instead of pulling out. You might get good at it after a while, but a pro does it right the first time. They see more bodies and are not something to worry about being shy around.

Welcome to the forum! Let me tell you, at x you aren't any where near your sexual prime!!! I sport a brazilian wax, and think it is well worth the money to have a professional do it for me. I use to wax, before I did the brazilian and that is managable. Although I love the thought of my man doing it for me, it takes a certain amount of knowledge to accomplish it without tearing your labia.

You could, of course, shave though I have to agree with the comments above regarding waxing. If you wax, have a pro do it. You will be glad you did. Home kits are not so good. I bet that once you do go bare you wont let it go back. Dont worry about the person waxing you. They have seen it all. If you decide to shave, a few tips. Before you start, do some pre-grooming with a pair of electric shears and trim off down to about x/x" to x/x". Let the razor do the rest. It will minimize ingrown hairs. Get your S.O. to help. I bet he will be enthusiastic. It'svery hot experience to shave/be shaved. Extra hands & eyes make for a clean shave. Second tip - new razors. Use them and toss them when you are d I suggest Gilette Mach Three. Edge shaving gel works good. Use lots.- Soak in a hot tub before you start shaving to soften the skin & hair. Opens the pores too. Start by shaving WITH the hair. Rinse the razor in hot water after each stroke. If an area still feels stubbly, put more shaving cream on before you do it again to minimize razor burn. If you STILL feel stubbly, CAREFULLY shave against the grain. Use those extra hands to hold those sensetive areas flat. Go slow, be careful. If you feel a "tugging" on your skin, change blades. After you shave a few times your skin becomes accustomed to shaving and you can shave against the grain easily. Finish off by rinsing in cool water to close the pores. Use an aloe based skin gel to help with the razor burn. Have fun! If you shave with your S.O., the kinkfo respectfully requests a written report. If you are truly brave, photos in the Wankfo are greatly encouraged. BTW....Sex is AWESOME after a good shave.
