I think it's all in the delivery. You've got more swagger than this guy IMHO, so for some reason, if you randomly asked me that, it would at least get me to buy you a bar. Other than that, it would just be creepy.

True. I think some things work for some that wouldn't work for others. Perfect example - an Aussie I met in Hawaii walked up to me at a bar and told me I needed to drink a few more drinks. I asked why, and he said so that the next time he walked up to me, I'd be drunk enough to think he was lausanne sex personals and want to go home with him. It was the perfect delivery. Witty and charming without being creepy and cheesy.

To tell the truth... I honestly dont do pickup lines... never have... but imof those oblivious sincere and distracted types... When I walk up to someone I just start a conversation... just start talking... sometimes I forget to say hello or introduce myself. Not creepy sort of starting a conversation halfway through like they should know what the hell is going on... but just leading right off with a question or a thought, because thats whats in my head. I squick on prepackaged conversations... and I get them a LOT.
