hello all wondering about female genitalia piercings, a friend of mine just got her vertical hood done and it really turns me on.. thinking i might like to get pierced as well. any comments/suggestions?

I like them giving them a tug with your teeth (gently) is fun, as is dittling them with the tongue.

they are fun to play with though be very careful about what piercer you use. Im personally thinking of my outer labia, though i am not looking forward to the down time to heal.

that is the only thing that is keeping me from doing it

i had a girlfriend who got one hers got infected because her piercer sold her jewelry that should never have gone near a genital or new piercing let alone a new genital piercing.

wow... uh maybe i dont wantafter all. i would soooo not be down for that. plus the guy who did my belly ring made me terrified of future piercings. he was so rough and rushed. it seriously took less than x minutes for him to walk in the room, pierce me, give instructions and walk out. it was dreadful.

its quicker and a lot less intense than the more intense parts of tattooing, but then again none of my piercings are genital, yet.

I won't comment there Simply because I don't quite have the parts. If someone told me my balls would be "tender" for the followingweeks, I'd have misgivings. I can't say I know whether I could tolerate the pain of swollen labia... ...but I will take this moment to totally fucking brag about how swollen my girl's labia get. It's a beautiful fucking thing. Anyway, for me, there was almost no blood (a speck on my boxers well afterward was all) and the tenderness lasted a tolerable period of time and probably would have been halved if I'd abstained.

The downtime sucks But, c'mon. Are we ones to follow the recommended guidelines to a T, or are we ones to push them? I had sex within a few days of my piercing and I will not admit here to how long I waited after my vasectomy.

I think some of them look great... Me myself, im not a lady... but I have an ampallang... and often there are people who react badly to it, and some who rather like it. I think individual opinion plays a lot into any type of piercing. But regardless of what your partners might think... Its all about you baby... "An' it harm n.. do as thou wilt."
