Amazing what a walk can do to clear your mind. Today my day was good until the boss came in and I had to hear her voice for two hours. I know a better job will come along this is just so painful to have to be there. But now to tell you what I did for me. When I came home from work I did not sit down. I changed and went for a walk. It was only going to be 1/2 hour but a 1/2 later I had to turn around and come home. WOW what exercise can do to clear your mind. As I have been told that hour clearing my head I will not lose a job over it. So now I am better and can work on the computer for the next 4 hours. Thanks for listening.

Today I rode my bike. Getting better. Still hurts, the fibromyligia pain just kicks in. But as they tell me that is part of problem. Hurts if you dont move and hurts if you do. I am working on it as best as I can.
