Are you legally separated yet? If so, any money earned by either of you is no longer marital property. If you are not yet legally separated, half is yours, so document, document, document.

He is sitting there telling me what debt is his and what is mine, fine, the money is split anyway no problem. But he shouldn't hide it from me.
