I agree it might be more common and easier See, my unique situation involves a guy who came from a culture that embraces masculinity, and all preconceived notions that go along with it...but, knowing him like I do, and the exploration we have done thus far tells me that inside, he is much more on the sexually submissive side, which is just lovely with me, but I want to help him come to terms with it for himself so we can fully embrace the power exchange we've started to grow. Wow, if thats not a run-on sentence, I don't know what is! Anyway, I guess I've been looking for insight into helping him on his journey, I know it was tough for me to arrive at the acceptance of my sexuality as it is, and he is quite a bit younger than me not to mention the cultural diametrical opposition. I want to lead without pushing, encourage without being insistant, let him take the journey with a hand to hold.
