Go get a temp order modifying your parenting plan until you can get an actual court date. Or to quash his move in the first place. That'll show him your not just going to lay down and cry! Sorry, I have no idea what forms you would file. Can you afford an attorney for an hour consult? It would probably be well worth your time. Or the family court and ask if they have advocates that can answer some questions. It's worth a shot. How have you been picking them up in the past? Since pick up time is x:x and you work until x:x?

the county clerk will know what form to fill out. It doesn't have to be perfect or in "legalese." Just state your facts as you did here and ask for a temporary order immediately. At the hearing, if there is one, the judge can issue a temp or even a permanent order enjoining your ex from moving so far away.
