They are all trying to tell me that I have no liability signing the "Deed of Trust" for the new loan. Actually, I signed it, but I have x days to cancel. I have signed the "Right to Cancel" letter already & am ready to deliver. They think I'm a fool. But if they do foreclose he does lose the property - if at that point he wanted to have an interest in the property... If she is just doing a refinance, why not just a simple purchase in her name - why all this nonsense?
